We want Shift Fuel Pro to genuinely help you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Shift Fuel Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) and to one-time purchases such as the Strong Again course.

How to request a refund

Purchases are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us through the contact page at courtneymericle.com/contact and we will help arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, usually within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next payment; it is not itself a refund request. Renewal, billing and cancellation mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy.
